“Mitsis Hotels” hotel chain opted for the i@content Content Management System by Information Systems Impact for the development of its website, in order to support and promote its hotels online. This was initially done in three languages. The rapid development of the hotel group required the dynamic management of the website’s contents and the ability to quickly add the website for each of the group’s new hotels and new content modules for each hotel in a way that will burden the group’s internal processes in the least possible way and without requiring the contribution of experts.
With i@content it managed to have a self-manageable hotel marketing tool with the ability to quickly market new hotel sites, with an independent visual layout selection and structure for each website page and for each individual hotel site. At the same time, it opened a new channel of communication with its customers through feedback about the hotels and reservation requests.
