Greatest Business Impact
Impact received its first international recognition in April 2002, in a completion organized by Microsoft EMEA and sponsored by Compaq, EMC2 AND Intel. In this completion, the Application Development (RAD) Awards 2002, Impact received the “Greatest Business Impact” award for its supreme eBusiness solution in the supply chain managemet in the retail sector. Information Systems Impact was a candidate for 3 awards namely the “Best Solution Retail Supply Chain”, “Greatest Business Impact” and the “Best of dotNET Technologies”. Impact managed to win the “Greatest Business Impact” award, having to compete with Sycron και Temposoft S.A from Belgium and France respectively, making Impact the first Greek company ever to win such a prestigious award.
