Yassas.com’s main goal was the resolution of the procurement problems in the business areas of hospitality, catering, hospital and maritime industry, by providing an integrated solution, and thus Information Systems Impact was selected by Yassas.com for the development of the first vertical electronic marketplace in Greece in order to automate the procurement of the above mention business areas.
Just 5 year of operation Yassas.com, the vertical electronic B2B marketplace has presented unique results for the Greek internet marketplace. The technological superior of Yassas.com electronic marketplace based on Information Systems Impact ebusiness related solutions, was recognized by Microsoft Hellas as the first Electronic Marketplace system that was developed by a Greek company. As a result the Yassas.com electronic marketplace was selected as an official global case study of Microsoft Corporation with the support of Information Systems Impact and Yassas.com companies.
