Pouliadis Associates Corp was the parent company of POULIADIS GROUP, the largest group of companies in Greece, Southeastern Europe, East Mediterranean and Middle East had among of its main activities the Manufacturing and Distribution of IT Products and Services, as well as provided total solutions in the IT and Telecommunications sectors. Information Systems Impact was selected by Pouliadis Associates Corp for the development of a B2B electronic procurement system.
The main objective of the B2B electronic procurement system development was the existence of an alternative channel of communication and transaction to the resellers of Pouliadis Associates Corp., in order to support the electronic order management as well as to exploit the advantages of a higher level B2B application for both sides, in terms of cost, speed and efficiency.
Among of the main services of the electronic procurement system was the product catalogue management, separately for each reseller, electronic ordering as well as order status tracking, integration services with the ERP system of the organization in order to support the automated information exchange regarding product codes, orders, dealer’s order history, financial – accounting information and reporting etc.
