i@connect

i@connect service is a complete service based solution providing end to end systems integration of business partners. i@connect is the flagship of @connect services and allows electronic documents to be easily and securely exchanged between multiple business partners using different computer systems. i@connect is compliant and can be adapted to the imported or exported electronic documents of any backend ERP system, regardless of the file type (EDI, XML, ASCII etc.) or format/structure. This means that the i@connect service assures safe and accurate transformation/translation of the sender to the receiver format and vice versa.

In addition, i@connect service provides the i@connect agent client application for all electronic document exchange communication. The i@connect agent is a secure application (security level is equal to electronic banking), extremely user friendly (therefore additional investment in training is not required), and can be installed on any computer using Microsoft Windows 98 or above. Most of the times, the i@connect agent is operating transparently since the information/document is routed directly from or into the internal ERP systems.

Additionally, the time required for the initiation and setting of the i@connect service is minimum. The average time required for the total installation of the service and the i@connect agent application is three to five days regardless of the computer system that is used within the company. Until now implementations have been conducted for most of the systems available in the market such as: SAP, ORACLE ebusiness Suite, Kefalaio, Microsoft Dynamics, Atlantis, Compaq 400, SEN, etc.

Another advantage of i@connect is flexibility, since available upgrades such as edi@connect and as2@connect can cover all the additional needs that might arise from future cooperation or communication needs (such as EDI and AS/2).

i@connect service has been awarded and certified by large organizations such as Carrefour Group, Praktiker Germany and Metro Group while hundreds of businesses already use i@connect service.
