AS2@connect

The interconnection via AS2 is a new communication protocol for exchanging business documents, which requires technological expertise and appropriate infrastructure to be implementated. Information Systems Impact operates also as an AS2 ASP (application service provider), and can undertake the total AS2 implementation and operation without any additional investment with regard to infrastructure or specialized personnel. More specifically, Information Systems Impact undertakes the specific business and technical requirements definition, the implementation/set up and the operation of the communication infrastructure, to achieve the interconnection of companies easy and fast without changing the existing electronic document exchange processes.

For messages which need to be send to trading partners through AS2 (EDI, XML, ASCII), the existing connectivity to send documents to Information Systems Impact can be used (for example i@connect agent). The i@connect platform identifies the recipient companies, performs the appropriate changes to the message/document in order to be received automatically by the recipient, and sends it via the AS2 protocol. The same applies for the reverse process i.e. the sender uses AS2.
