TUI Destinations: on line reservation system

TUI Destinations is a member of TUI group and aims to automate the distribution of services provided by the TUI’s representative network using an on line reservation system (eTravel Hub). i@tourism solution developed by Information Systems Impact, consists of the on line reservation system which allows TUI Destinations to manage and distribute their services globally using a central platform which can incorporate the three systems of the contributing parties and allocates the pricing, availability and content of travel services into multiple web sites of the same business (bookportugal.com, bookmalta.com) as well as other 3rd party systems (travel portals and distribution channels).

The on line reservation system has been used for the electronic distribution of the services provided by TUI Destinations in the Mediterranean area (Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Israel, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey) by two popular web sites of hapag-Lloyd Flug GmbH, the hlx.com and hapagfly.com which were later unified under the tuifly.com.

The platform supports multiple web sites which distribute on line the travel services of the group, and provides the ability for real time on line reservations and payment.
