Mitsis Hotels: web site development

The hotel chain "Mitsis Hotels" located in Greece, has chosen i@content – the content management system of Information Systems Impact, for their web site development, targeting on promoting the hotels on line, initially adopting three languages for the displaying of information. The rapid growth of the hotel chain demanded dynamic management of the web site’s content, as well as fast development for the addition of new web site for every new hotel of the group and new content areas for every hotel, in a way that the group’s internal activities require the minimum additional workload without the need of involving highly skilled personnel.

i@content succeeded in implementing an autonomous administrative tool for the promotion of the hotels, and was able to launch new hotel web sites fast, with independent selection of layout and content structure for every page of the web site and for every independent hotel web site as well. Furthermore, new communication channels opened with the customers through the receiving of customer’s feedback for the hotels and reservation applications.
