Interdealer SA company was operated in the sectors of office supplies, computers and office machinery equipment, selected Information Systems Impact for the development of an electronic ordering system (eShop), in order to increase its sales through the Internet.
As a result, Information Systems Impact developed for Interdealer a complete B2C electronic ordering system for office supplies, computers and office machinery, providing also the ability of personalization for specified users – corporate partners or group of users (B2B).
The system supports Interdealer’s complete sales network, which consists of around 3.000 business customers (B2B) and 15.000 products and services. The electronic ordering system supported a variety of services, and among them was:
