Information Systems Impact customized Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, created Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms and developed custom employee services - accessible through the Intranet - which improved the internal communication of Praktiker Hellas, automated internal processes, provided instant ERP information retrieval (AS/400) as well as faster and better customer service at the consumer stores.
