e-archiving
Electronic Archiving refers to the archiving of the invoices that a company issues or receives electronically and to the conservation of the legal documents (e.g. invoices, dispatch advices e.t.c.) in its premises.
Based on the Greek Legal Legislation (POL 1049 of March 2006 & POL 1158 of July 2011), the companies are able to archive electronically all the documents issued or received. With this way a company can reduce the printing of the number of the copies of the documents.
With the specific legislation all Greek companies have the ability to reduce or even delete the printing of the documents and the physical archiving and to benefit from:
-
Simplicity, automation and optimization of the archiving procedure and the document retrieval
-
Cost saving due to the significant reduction or/and elimination of the invoice printing (paper, toner, etc)
-
Space saving from physical archiving of invoices and documents in general (keep copies in electronic form)
-
Qualitative occupation of human resources (direct and automatic archiving of the electronic invoices)
-
Possibility of sending electronically and paperless the documents
-
Possibility of archiving the documents that the company receives electronically and paperless
Information Systems Impact implements the e-archiving via Archiving@connect solution which can be combined with the Paperless@connect service in order companies to achive more benefits.
